In
Diwali Rangoli is made at the front side of main door of home. As there is not enough
place, most times it gets rubbed off when people used to come and go from that
place. So we make small rangoli in one corner of home. This year we used a
paper instead of ocher, on which squares
were made with pen and fixed that paper on the wooden seat. All the colours
which I wanted were available. So I made a drawing of peacock on paper with
chalk and started to fill the colours in it. It took about two hours to make
and colour the peacock only, so I kept that peacock as it is without filling
white rangoli around that peacock. It was my first attempt to make rangoli
using different shades of colours in such a manner. So I decided to put the
photo of this peacock on blog. Thanks Ajinkya for taking photograph of this
rangoli. (I will also write a post about terrarium on blog, but as I am busy in
other activities this post will be written after 6th November mostly.)
